Josh Hummel, President of Soundview Financial Group, has 16 years of investment management experience. He brings enduring values and a deep commitment to his clients and their financial well being. In his work, he specializes in generating efficient retirement income through properly diversified investment accounts. These retirement portfolios are also established and monitored to be in accordance with the estate planning needs of his clients. His general practice also serves long term growth investors, high net worth individuals, business retirement plans, and a variety of insurance needs. As a native Washingtonian, Josh grew up in the foothills of Mount Rainier and earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from Western Washington University. Post graduation, he followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather becoming a third generation banker. He began his career as a financial advisor, working for Washington Mutual's Investment arm, WM Financial Services. Today, he's an independent financial advisor and business owner. He holds his Series 7, 63, 65 through Osaic Wealth along with his life and annuity insurance licenses. Today, between work and family, he enjoys tackling the mountains and is a an avid skier, hiker, mountain biker, and outdoors enthusiast.

Necole is the Office Manager at Soundview Financial Group Inc. She helps Josh maintain an organized workspace and work flow with clients to help make sure their financial goals stay on track. She joined Soundview Financial Group, Inc. in January 2019, coming from 6 years as lead administrative assistant at a former Financial Firm. She has a background of 10 years office management experience. She holds an Associate Degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from Tacoma Community College.

On her days off, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, going for walks with her dogs Thor & Bernie, and working on her cooking skills. She lives in Tacoma, Washington with her husband Josh and their 2 kids, Logan and Melody.
